High Plains Youth Hockey Association Vice President Jim Johnson accepts a $1,000 grant from the Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas Director Pat Hamit.  The funds are earmarked as partial sponsorship of the 2nd Annual Dodge City Shootout Youth Hockey tournament Nov. 24 & 25.
